In this paper, a cylindrical Dielectric Resonator Antenna (CDRA) with dual feeding line is designed and investigated at 28 GHz. The proposed antenna fed by two orthogonal aperture-coupled slots in order to generate polarization diversity pattern. shape location of the were optimized realize highest operating bandwidth isolation between feeds. feeds intended excite DR multiple relative permittivity, resulting high impedance operating. single CDRA has been fabricated mounted on Rogers RT/duroid 6010/6010LM (tm)1 (εr = 10.2 tanδ 0.0023) substrate. element applied improve gain achieve required performance. radiation pattern, are simulated. obtains reflection coefficient response from 26 GHz 29 which cover desired frequency band. This makes 3 7.5dB. Thus, it potential for millimeter wave. addition we study current future wireless networks viewpoint energy efficiency (EE) sustainability meet planned network service evolution towards 5G.
